We closed accepting the Scholarship Application Form on February 1, 2006.
The Organizing Committee will provide a limited number of Scholarships. The preference will be given to participants from developing and emerging countries. Those who wish to apply for a Scholarships to attend the Third World Congress for Environmental and Resource Economists should submit an application as outlined below.

• Applicants must complete registration for the conference.
• Applicants must submit the following Application Form by fax, after submitting her/his paper through our website.
• Scholarship is conditional on paper acceptance.
