July 3rd, 15:00 - 17:30. (To attend Welcome Reception, please register before 17:30.)
July 4th, 7:30 - 15:00.
July 5th, 8:00 - 18:00.
July 6th, 8:00 - 18:00.
July 7th, 8:00 - 16:00.
We accept cash (Japanese Yen) or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) for on-site registration.

- Your registration is completed upon acknowledgement of your
payment.
Early Registration must be completed and acknowledged NO
LATER THAN APRIL 30, 2006.
- The registration fee includes plenary and parallel sessions, global environmental policy panel, congress kit, welcome reception, gala dinner, opening ceremony, social events, lunch (four times), and coffee (seven times).
- * Please fax the proof of graduate student status and your registration number to ++81-6-6229-2556 immediately after you have registered.
- ** "Members" means the participants who has current membership of SEEPS or AERE or EAERE of ALEAR.
- *** The registration fee for "Accompanying Persons" includes global environmental policy panel, welcome reception, gala dinner, opening ceremony, and social events. Accompanying Persons cannot attend plenary and parallel sessions. Congress kit, lunch and coffee will not be served to them.
- Receipt and Confirmation will be sent to those who have completed "Early Registration" approximately a month before the congress by mail.

A note for Japanese participants (in Japanese)
Cancellation Policy
Registration can be cancelled upon written notification to the local organizing committee, preferably be e-mail to us. A full refund of the conference fees will be given if the cancellation is received by the 30th of April 2006. A 50% refund of the conference fees will be given if the cancellation is received by the 31st of May 2006. For cancellations received after 1st June, no refund will be given.
Please note that the refund of the money (with commission charge deducted) will be issued after the Congress.
Passport and Visas
Applications for a visa were CLOSED on April 30th.
A valid passport is required to enter Japan. In addition, some
foreign nationals require a visa; please contact the Japanese Consulate
or diplomatic mission in your country.
While taking the necessary steps with our Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
please fill out the Visa Application Form.
The Committee requires the following as a condition of issuance
of visa:
*Payment of registration fee.
*List of the past official English papers or guarantor of your identification
in Japan.
(Please refer to the Visa Application Form.
"Guarantor", if applicable, could be someone who can be responsible for you during
your stay in Japan, preferably someone engaged in researches at university or institutions.)
**Those who need to obtain a visa, please apply as early
as possible, at least by the end of April 2006.
